Returns & Refunds
Each piece is individually handcrafted or made to order, created with care specifically for you. Our bespoke process begins with an initial conversation, during which ideas, materials, and details are thoughtfully explored.
To confirm a commission and begin work, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your place in our making schedule and confirms your commitment to the design. From this point, your piece is reserved and production begins exclusively for you.
The remaining balance is payable upon completion, prior to dispatch.
Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any commissions once a deposit has been paid and work has commenced.
An initial enquiry or design discussion is entirely without obligation and does not constitute a purchase.
In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged or there is a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including your order details and supporting photographs, so we may assist you promptly.
