Delivery timeframes

Each JCJ piece is meticulously crafted to order, with timelines reflecting the level of artistry and care involved.

Bespoke Commissions
Bespoke pieces require approximately 8–12 weeks for completion from the receipt of a 50% deposit.

Aphrodite Collection
Pieces from the Aphrodite collection are made to order and typically require 6–10 weeks for completion following a 50% deposit.

All items will be dispatched only once the final balance has been received and cleared.

Please note that these timeframes may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the current demand within the workshop. Should you require a shorter timeline, we invite you to get in touch to discuss what may be possible.

Every creation can be collected in person from our Exeter & London studios for the Reveal but if you are unable to collect please see below.
